The party emblem is a circular badge, symbolizing the integrity of the constitutional order and the unity of the community. The outer ring is inscribed with the party name "CHINESE CONSERVATIVE PARTY," signifying the party's commitment to serving society through open and verifiable political promises. The emblem's primary colors are dark blue and gold: blue symbolizes rationality, the rule of law, and composed governance; gold symbolizes solemnity, responsibility, and public trust. The central "C" shape, composed of three-dimensional geometric lines, signifies the institutional, disciplined, and steady progress of conservatism, highlighting the party's governance based on principles rather than emotions.

The party emblem is finished with a plum blossom branch at the bottom, symbolizing resilience, self-discipline, and restraint, and also representing upholding one's duty and maintaining public morality even in the face of adversity. The overall design is based on "simplicity, uprightness, and restraint," echoing the party's political beliefs: grounded in conservatism and liberalism, adhering to small government and limited power, advocating low taxes and fiscal discipline, and opposing unnecessary national expansion and administrative intervention; and with the protection of the negative rights of individuals as its core—ensuring freedom of speech, property, contracts, and personal freedom from arbitrary infringement, and establishing that the primary responsibility of the government is to abide by the law, protect rights, and maintain a fair order.
