Party Constitution

The party constitution is the fundamental normative document of the Chinese Conservative Party, which clearly stipulates the party's purpose, basic principles, organizational structure, rights and obligations of party members, as well as the party's internal operation and disciplinary mechanisms.

The party constitution aims to ensure the institutionalization, transparency, and consistency of the party's operations, serving as a set of guidelines for all party members and providing a clear basis for party governance, decision-making, and public participation.

This Constitution is people-centered, establishes sovereignty over all citizens, and takes the protection of human rights, democracy, and the rule of law as its core values. The Constitution adopts a federal system and a system of checks and balances to prevent the concentration of power and dictatorship, and to ensure that the government is subject to oversight and accountable to the people.

While safeguarding national sovereignty and territorial integrity, the constitution guarantees a high degree of autonomy for provinces and special autonomous regions, and promotes freedom, social justice and sustainable development through rigorous institutional arrangements.

This Constitution is founded on the principle of popular sovereignty, affirming that all state authority derives from the people. It places the protection of human rights, democracy, and the rule of law at the core of governance.
