Party Constitution
The party constitution is the fundamental normative document of the Chinese Conservative Party, which clearly stipulates the party's purpose, basic principles, organizational structure, rights and obligations of party members, as well as the party's internal operation and disciplinary mechanisms.

This Constitution is people-centered, establishes sovereignty over all citizens, and takes the protection of human rights, democracy, and the rule of law as its core values.
