The State recognizes the Blue Sky, White Sun, and a Wholly Red Earth flag as the national symbol, and upholds one Republic of China as the national polity and constitutional community; sovereignty resides in the whole body of citizens, and the unity and territorial integrity of the State shall not be divided or alienated.
本黨黨徽採圓形徽章之制，象徵憲政秩序之完整與共同體之團結；外環以「CHINESE CONSERVATIVE PARTY」 銘刻黨名，表明本黨以公開、可檢驗之政治承諾服務社會。徽章主色為深藍與金色：藍象徵理性、法治與沉著治理；金象徵莊重、責任與公共信用。中央以立體幾何線條構成「C」字標識，寓意保守主義之制度性、紀律性與穩健推進，並彰顯本黨以原則而非情緒治理國家。
黨徽下方以梅花枝飾收束，寓意堅韌、自律與節制，亦象徵在風雨中仍守其本分、持續護持公共德性。整體設計以「簡約、端正、克制」為旨，呼應本黨政治信念：以保守主義為本、以自由主義為基礎，堅持小政府與有限權力，主張低稅收與財政紀律，反對不必要的國家擴張與行政干預；並以保護個人之消極權利為核心——保障言論、財產、契約與人身自由不受恣意侵害，確立政府之首要責任在於守法、維權與維持公正秩序。

The State, honoring Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s founding vision, adopts the Three Principles of the People as the foundational spirit of the Constitution and a guiding principle of governance, and shall promote liberty, democracy, the rule of law, and the welfare of the people to secure the endurance of constitutional government.
The Party emblem is a circular seal, signifying constitutional integrity, institutional continuity, and unity of the political community. The outer ring bears the name “CHINESE CONSERVATIVE PARTY,” reflecting the Party’s commitment to transparent, accountable public service. The primary palette—deep blue and gold—conveys the Party’s governing ethos: blue represents reason, rule of law, and measured statecraft; gold represents dignity, duty, and public trust. At the center, a three-dimensional “C” monogram rendered in clean geometric lines symbolizes the Party’s disciplined conservatism and its preference for principled, institution-led governance over populism or impulse.
The lower floral motif, stylized as plum blossoms and branches, signifies resilience, self-restraint, and civic virtue—steadfastness through adversity while remaining anchored to fundamental responsibilities. The overall design is intentionally minimalist and restrained, mirroring the Party’s political philosophy: conservative in temperament and institutional priorities, liberal in its foundational respect for individual freedom. The Party advocates limited government, low taxation, and fiscal discipline; it rejects unnecessary state expansion and administrative overreach.
